I hope you enjoy viewing my photographs.
My primary camera is currently a 7.5
megapixel Olympus Dslr with a wonderful portrait lens
(Zuiko Digital 50mm [100mm equivalent] f2.0 macro).
Digital photography generally lacks the fine resolution
found in film photos, but a 7.5 megapixel image can
still offer a pleasing print 11"x14" or a little
larger.
One of the many advantages to living in an increasingly
"digital world" is that we no longer have the need to
print photos. Utilizing photos in the digital format is
far more flexible (storing on computers, sharing via
e-mail; printing becomes optional), less expensive and
much better for the environment.
I was born in the fifties, and from early childhood our family moved around a great deal. At an early age I began taking photographs as a way of "pinning" down my constantly changing world. I often viewed things from an outsider's point of view and tried to capture an essence from that unique vantage. I am available for photo assignments. - W. Kelley - Denver, Colorado, USA .
